Tip #1: Don't Wait Until Vacation to Book!
We know it's tempting to wait until you're here on vacation to see what the weather will look like before booking your boating adventure. But here's our advice: Book early, especially if you're interested in our Sandbar Party!
Many of our guests book weeks or even months in advance to make sure they secure their preferred date and cruise option.
Our suggestion? Pick your date and get your adventure booked ahead of time! If the weather or water conditions don't allow us to safely cruise that day, we'll do our best to reschedule your adventure. If rescheduling isn't possible, we'll refund your deposit.
Why wait and risk missing out? Our schedule can fill up quickly, especially during peak vacation season. Waiting until you arrive may mean your preferred cruise or date is no longer available.
Our Tip: Plan ahead, reserve your spot, and let us worry about watching the weather. We want to make sure you get your Tiki Time while you're here!
Tip #2: Understanding Our Booking Calendar
When checking our booking calendar, here's what the different options mean:
🟢 Green Date: We have availability for the Boating Adventure you've selected on that day.
⚪ Grey Date: That date is already booked for that particular adventure.
📞 Call to Book: This does not mean we have confirmed availability. However, we may be able to create an additional booking between two scheduled cruises, depending on our schedule and availability.
Our Tip: If you see "Call to Book," we highly recommend giving us a call! We'll check our schedule and see if there's a way to squeeze in another cruise. While we can't guarantee availability, we'll do our best to accommodate you. If we're unable to make your preferred date work, we'll be happy to help you find another available day for the adventure you're looking for.
Sometimes all it takes is a quick call to make Tiki Time happen!
Tip #3: Keep an Eye on Our Calendar!
Our schedule is always evolving! Depending on our availability and daily operations, we often add new departure times and additional cruises throughout the season.
If you checked our website and couldn't find the Boating Adventure or departure time you were looking for, don't give up just yet!
We may open up a new departure a few days later as our schedule changes. That's why we highly recommend checking our website and booking calendar regularly.
Our Tip: No availability today doesn't necessarily mean no availability tomorrow! Keep checking back because a new opportunity to get out on the water might pop up!
